11KV铜芯交联聚乙烯SWA电力电缆240mm2铠装电力电缆的应用

在35kV及以下的输配电系统中用于输配电。它可以完全替代油浸纸绝缘电力电缆，也可以部分替代聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆，广泛应用于电力，建筑，矿山，冶金，石油化工和通等领域。用于地下，室外和电缆管道中的电力网络的电缆。

使用11KV铜芯XLPE SWA电力电缆240mm2铠装电力电缆的功能

1.额定电压：Uo / U：3.6 / 6kV，6 / 10kV（11kV），12 / 20kV（24kV），19 / 33kV，26 / 35kV（35kV）。

2.核心数：单核心或三核心。

3.导体长期工作的高允许工作温度为90oC。处于短路状态（长长不超过5秒）。导体的高温度不超过250℃。

4.导体的直流电阻符合3.6 / 6kV，6 / 10kV（11kV），12 / 20kV（24kV），19 / 33kV，26 / 35kV（35kV）的规定。

5.铺设时环境温度应不低于0oC。否则应将其预热。

6.敷设电缆时没有水平跌落限制。

7.工作频率电压测试：3.5Uo / 5min无刺穿。

8.部分放电测试：电缆在1.73Uo下的放电量应不超过10pC。

9.小弯曲半径

单芯-固定：15 x整体直径

3芯-固定：12 x直径

（单芯12 x外径和3芯10 x外径，其中带位于接点或端接附近，但前提是使用成型机小心控制弯曲度）

注意：

单芯铠装电缆仅用于直流系统。如果用于交流系统，则应在非磁性材料的钢制衣橱钢丝上进行磁隔离。
